water pipes

Electrical: Inside service panel, most electrical

outlets tested for proper grounding and GFI’s and

wiring throughout

Kitchen: Cabinets, counter tops, and appliances

Windows/Doors: Proper function

Walls/Ceilings/Floors: Cracks and floor level

Laundry Room: Water leaks

Bathroom: Moisture penetration, drain leaks and

proper drainage

Fireplace: Condition of firebox, damper and chimney

Attic: Ventilation, insulation, moisture penetration,

wiring and framing

Site Inspection: Proper drainage, porch, driveway, sidewalks, levelness and porch cracks

Air Conditioning: General condition

Electrical: Outside service wire

Siding/Windows: General condition including trim

and storms

Gutters: Levelness, proper drainage, noticeable

wear and tear

Roof: Roofing materials, proper ventilation, chimney

and flashing
